Mauna Kea Summit Adventures currently publishes four primary pickup locations. Exact pickup time, parking instructions, and final meeting guidance should be confirmed in your booking confirmation and current operator communications.
Kona Crossroads Shopping Center
A central Kailua-Kona meeting point for guests staying on the Kona coast. Allow time for parking and a calm arrival before the group departs.
Queens’ Marketplace at Waikoloa Resort
A Waikoloa Resort area option for guests who prefer an easier meeting point north of Kona.
Waikōloa Plaza at Kohala Coffee Co.
A Waikoloa Village pickup option. Review the current confirmation for final timing and nearby parking direction.
Visitor Information Station
East-side guests can use the Maunakea Visitor Information Station. The current site notes that dinner is served shortly after arrival there. This meeting point is part of the mountain route; plan your approach and arrival time carefully.
Schedule & timing
The existing site publishes a 2026 public schedule as a downloadable document. The static handoff preserves a placeholder for the current schedule destination; connect the approved file URL at launch and confirm dates against the live operation.
